PT Lead/Engineer will be responsible for overall performance testing
activities across the divisions and for providing performance engineering
inputs to the Development teams on need basis.

Participate in scrum meetings and defines acceptance criteria for early NFT.

Involve performance testers early in the project, in the planning and
infrastructure stages.

Get development team to create stubs for any Web services/output not within
VG boundaries

Deliver each relevant user story to performance testers as soon as it is
signed off by the functional testers

Schedule performance tests for off-hours to increase the utilization of
time within the sprint

Gather all performance-related requirements and address them during system
architecture discussions and planning.

Responsible for large programs performance strategy/ test plan, scripts,
scenarios, results review.

Helps in identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations for performance
enhancements

Bringing in fresh perspective to situations, suggesting innovative
solutions that help in solving problems related to application/s
performance.

Performance Testing & Engineering

Stakeholder Management

Analytical Skills

Good knowledge of various protocols(Web, Ajax, Citrix etc.)

Tools : Seibel, HP PC, Agility etc.
