*Location: Washington DC*

*Duration: 12 Months *



*Required Skills*
·          6-7  years of experience as a Business Analyst
·          Strong understanding of SDLC  processes (Classical and Agile)
and Project Management principles
·         Prior experience working as part of large project implementation
with tight timelines
·         Knowledge in the Finance or Financial Risk Management domain
 (Ex: Financial Accounting, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy)
·         Experience Liaising and Coordinating with third party vendor and
cross functional teams.
·         Experience documenting detailed and lucid business and system
requirements
·         Experience using Standard Requirements Management tool (ex: ALM)
·         Experience coordinating and conducting workshops for requirements
gathering
·         Excellent communication and leadership skills
·         Ability to coordinate and interface with multiple business and
technology groups
·         Highly motivated and Result-oriented

·                     Prior experience working as a Business analyst
preferably in the Financial Risk Management domain(Credit Risk, Market Risk
, Capital Adequacy)
·                     Data Analysis and understanding of database query

The candidate is expected to
·         Develop a deep understanding of existing  financial risk
applications
·         Analyze the business processes and requirements w.r.t the
difference business aspects of IRP
·         Collaborate with the business SMEs, business leads, business
analysts and business users from different business and technology units to
understand and analyze business and functional requirements.
·         Identify and analyze dependencies between various systems at IFC
and the IRP
·         Prepare Business , System Requirements and Use Case
Specifications document as per industry best practices
·         Prepare and maintain requirements traceability matrix
·         Use standard requirements management tool for managing and
tracking requirements.
·         Prepare test case specification document
·         Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, action items; Track action
items to closure.
·         Work closely with the project team members (developers, testers
business analysts, vendor consultants and user leads) for design,
implementation and testing of existing and new functionalities.
·         Work with the other functional units in the IT department and
make sure all the requirements are captured and documented as per the
specifications
·         Closely co-ordinate with the business leads and users for
defining the user acceptance test scenarios and acceptance criteria
·         Closely Co-ordinate with the business leads and users,
application vendor during User Acceptance testing.
·         Coordinate user review, testing and sign-off.
·         Coordinate with ITS Cross functional teams viz through project
execution and roll-out.
