Workday Reporting

   - Become an expert in all of Workday's report writing tools
   - Perform the following on an engagement
   - Understand client legacy reporting requirements and match to Workday
   reporting capabilities
   - Identify a strategy for building reports using client resources and
   Workday professional services using the Workday solution
   - Build reports using Workday's report writing tools
   - Assist the client in testing the Workday solution and providing
   knowledge transfer sessions
   - Understanding of data modelling concepts with an ability to manipulate
   data using software tools and SQL
   - Extensive knowledge of building reports for HRMS

Workday Integration

   - At least 2 years’ experience in in Workday Human Capital Management
   (HCM)
   - Basic knowledge in in one or more of the following modules:

   - Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect,
   EIB, iLoad, XMLT and Web Services, Conversion
   - Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them to
   technical requirements
   - Ability to demonstrate integration experience on projects
   - Excellent client communications skills
   - Must have participated in end-to-end Workday implementation
   - Workday Integration certification and 1-2 years with Workday
   Conversion / integration and implementations

Workday Recruitment and Hiring Functional
