*Role                 : **Desktop Integration Engineer*

*Location           : **Washington, DC*


*Duration           : 12+ Months Contract Start Date         : Immediate.*

*Rate                 : DOE/ Market*


*Essential Job Functions:*

• Participates in the Next Generation Enterprise Desktop (EDx) engineering,
piloting, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• EDx is a Bank standard workstation based on Microsoft Windows Client,
Office, SCCM, Internet Explorer,

and SAP Client.

• Provides software packaging, certification, and deployment using
Microsoft SCCM or similar solutions.

• Reviews current Bank Treasury and Finance Corp Desktop image, updating
twice yearly.

• Helps evaluate new desktop hardware.

• Participates in anti-virus support by developing packages and interfacing
with virus team and vendor.

• Participate in projects related to desktop support such as development of
web sites, documentation and software evaluation.

• Provides 3rd level desktop support to  Bank staff members.

• Monitors incidents database and responds within agreed upon service
levels.



*Educational Qualifications and Experience:*

• Education:  B.S. in engineering/computer science or equivalent work
experience

• Role Specific Experience: min. 3 years directly related to computer
systems



*Certification Requirements:*

• Microsoft Windows Certification (MCSE) (TCP/IP / Client/Server) and/or
equivalent experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·         Microsoft Windows 7/10 Operating System and Browsers expertise.

·         Microsoft Office 2013/2016+ experience. In-depth knowledge of
Add-Ins, Macros & VBA Code.

·         Programming and scripting experience, such as C, C++, Java, HTML,
PowerShell, VBScript/ASP and Visual Basic.

·         Knowledge of anti-virus issues and products such as McAfee ePO,
VirusScan, Anti-spyware, etc.
