*Required Skills and Qualifications :-*



·         Minimum 5 years advanced experience with HP Performance Center

·         Excellent workload modeling skills

·         Excellent Verbal and Written communications

·         Solid understanding of how multi-tier environments function,
(specifically how they communicate)

·         Excellent understanding of (relevant) communication protocols

·         Good understanding of Operating Systems, Networks, hardware and
common Performance related issues.

·         Ability to report results graphically and verbally

·         Solid ability to analyze results and find bottlenecks

·         Solid ability to create "ad-hoc" tests to exploit areas of
suspect performance

·         Solid knowledge of Performance Engineering Methodology



*Experience required :-*



·         Advanced experience with HP Performance Center v.11.54 and
v.12.02 Including installation and maintenance of components.

·         Experience with use and installation HP j2EE Diagnostics.

·         Experience with use and installation HP .NET Diagnostics.

·         Experience with ALM Maintenance and Administration

·         Experience with HP Sitescope



*The individual in this role will :-*



·         Have in-depth knowledge of the HP Performance Center suite of
products.

·         Have extensive hands-on experience in the use, administration,
and installation of the Performance Center suite of tools



*Specific roles and responsibilities for this individual are as follows :-*



·         Responsible for creating automated scripts using HP Performance
Center for multiple applications

·         Responsible for designing and implementing automated scripts for
load and stress testing using HP Performance Center so that performance and
scalability of multiple systems can be analyzed before production
deployment.

·         Assist in improvements of testing processes

·         Participate in all aspects of Performance Testing work, including
both analytical support for development projects and maintenance of
existing applications in production

·         Work in close coordination with developers to effect proper
testing protocols

·         Aid in system tuning and review

·         Advise on new system upgrades and implementations

·         Interface with Project Leads and Developers to design and create
new models and assist on deliveries.

·         Interact with Development Teams to resolve performance and
end-user issues

·         Work closely with system administrators to help define platform
requirements, to effect performance tuning and capacity planning of Test
and Production systems

·         Interact with Web administrators and developers to provide input
on system tuning and diagnostic procedures

·         Interact with Security administrators to define security
standards and to enforce security practices
