Experience working in a GxP environment. Duties: Support integrations between CTMS, CTP/eTMF and ERP systems. Provide technical support and problem resolution for client inquiries and to resolve production issues. Monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides proactive maintenance. Review, analyze, and modify systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system. Maintain records to document the system and revisions. Participate in user training as appropriate, on new or revised systems/applications. Test work and contribute to the development of test plans and participate in post-implementation reviews. Make modifications to development jobs and schedules jobs in production.
