*Location:**Long Island NY* *Duration:1year* *Job decription: * • Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow tool, including making approved changes to process and work flows. Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration, custom programming • Communicate ServiceNow process, operations and capability information to all levels of management effectively. • Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow tool across production and non-production environments. • Review Stories, ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned to program guiding principles and provide guidance to Junior developers on best direction for configuration • Perform installation and testing of vendor-provided updates and new releases. • Identify and define business solutions for ITIL users. Candidate should have: • Minimum 2+ years’ direct experience as a ServiceNow administrator. Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, ServiceCatalog, Request, Asset, Knowledge, ESS portal etc.. • Knowledge of web based development languages (JavaScript ,HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML) integration • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies • ServiceNow system administrator training/certification required. • Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly recommended. • HTML, XML, Web Services, SN scripting in JavaScript • Experience in producing enterprise level reports, including compiling data from • Experience with processes involving problem identification, recovery, escalation and resolution. • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification preferred • Experience supporting a global implementation of ServiceNow preferred *Major Duties:* 1.
