Please send me resume along with the rates ASAP. *Position Title : Siebel CRM Tester * *Locations: St Louis, MO* *Duration: Long Term Contract* *Responsibilities :* - Coordinate testing activities (test planning, test execution & reporting and defect management) with the QA Team. - Provide hands on support for test case development, test execution, defect reporting and verification. - Review and analyze user stories. - Determine the test approach for application features under development. - Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing. - Work with developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle. - Liaise with Offshore QA Team to conduct testing activities. - Collect and analyze metrics and Prepare QA Status Reports. - Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents. *Education & Experience :* - A four-year degree in computer science or equivalent, with 8+ years of software testing experience. - Experience in Siebel CRM end to end Testing preferably Version 8.1 - required. - Good Knowledge of Siebel CRM Order Management - required. - Knowledge of Telecom Domain. - Knowledge of CRM Products. - Knowledge of CRM Access Privileges. - Knowledge of OSM and BRM applications. - Knowledge of RODOD architecture will be added advantage- Plus. - Working knowledge of HP QC ALM. - Good exposure in Software testing Lifecycle. - Good Communication both written and verbal which includes communicating with Client as well as offshore team. - Ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
