Just having experience in migrating an AD environment from one version of AD to another within the same domain won’t be sufficient. They need to understand the complexities of merging two distinct environments. We need them to be able to do the discovery and create a migration planning document. We also need one strong *Exchange consulting engineer who can do the same as the above, but for the entire Exchange environment*. Like AD, the customer will be migrating in the acquired company’s Exchange infrastructure to their own.
