IOS development experience preferable: years *Description:* The Android Internals Developer position is a platform role, focusing on the Android OS internals and hardware/software interactions rather than end-user applications. *This position requires:* 1. System programming and OS internal skills. 2. C/C++ and Java for mobile development background in a Linux and/or embedded systems environment. 3. Deep knowledge of embedded systems. 4. Experience in developing for Android. 5. Strong knowledge of the Android build system. 6. Android internal frameworks and device driver development experience. 7. Develop for all layers of our Android based handsets, including developing kernel drivers, Android services, JNI, Java and native Android applications. 8. Strong interpersonal skills to contribute in all facets of our agile development cycle, including design, reviews, coding, debugging and support. 9. Experience with bringing up Linux or Android on custom hardware, Android “hacking”, wireless networking, audio processing, or public key cryptography concepts is a plus, but not required. 10. Experience working in an Agile development environment. 11. IOS development experience preferable.
