*Duration Long-term* *About the job* *:* The Middleware Integration Architect is an individual contributor who will report directly into the Global Applications Architecture Director. The Architect is responsible for independently creating Middleware Integration Architecture solutions for complex Global Messaging (including EDI) implementations in multiple track environments. The role is a critical leadership role, which involves deep knowledge and understanding of Messaging environments, such as BizTalk Server, Middleware Integration Platform, at a functional and operational level as well as business processes and applied practices. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are essential for this role. *Job Duties & Responsibilities* *:* - Direct assistance to clients in defining key capabilities /requirements that will enable their strategy (client facing communications). - Expert on BizTalk Server - Create complex conceptual designs (including application interfaces and interactions). - Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities. - Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities. - Work with the other IT Functional Teams, SAP, Data Management, Technology Services, and e-Commerce Teams as well as the end users, to analyze, design, develop, modify, test, and implement, software solutions and applications to satisfy business requirements. - Support Global Messaging Support team in resolving complex production problems. - Create design specifications for programs including: reporting, transactional programming, interfaces, BizTalk Server, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs) and User Exits. - Supervise, mentor and develop skills of team members. Train Business Systems Analysts in track knowledge. - Build partnerships with internal customers and networks with external associates. - Lead standard settings and knowledge of the functionality of all Global Massaging and EDI integration points. - Assist in creating vision for future state technologies and architecture and participate in setting Enterprise standards from mid to long term roadmaps to support the business needs - Perform periodical performance analysis and drive continuous improvements *Qualifications* *:* - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or business. - Expert with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in BizTalk Server Administration, Architecture, Design, Server Ops and Server Development. - Minimum of 4 years’ experience with SQL Server Design and Development. - Knowledge of other Middleware Environments is extremely desirable - Proficient in TFS Administration and Usage. - Able to conduct Root Cause Analysis and prescribe preventive and corrective actions. - Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. - Strong leadership skills. - Excellent analytical and technical skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Ability to understand advanced, integrated business processes, identify and recognize global integration consequences. - Ability to comprehend and perform complex configuration tasks and testing, resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner. - Ability to successfully handle multiple projects, completing them on time, on budget and exceeding customer expectations. - Ability to define multiple solution options to business problems. - Basic knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes. *Regards,* *Vara* *IntelliSoft Technologies, Inc* *(A DFWMDC, NCTRCA Minority and Texas HUB certified Firm)* *Oracle Gold Partner & Intel Software Partner * *1320 Greenway Drive STE 460* *Irving, TX 75038* *Ph.
