*If the candidate has experience with this particular system, that would be
ideal.  However, having worked with (as a project manager or a user) other
LMS systems and having an understanding of how an LMS is used by the
business (HR and Learning teams) while also having the high level
‘technical’ understanding (as this is an IT Project Manager role) would be
beneficial as well.  Additionally, this is a large, global implementation
working with a System Implementer (SI); so having experience on large,
global projects would be great.*



*Job Description:*

*IT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER *

This Sr. PM will lead the effort to replace a current learning system with
a new Learning Management System. Ideally, the candidate will have previous
experience with HR projects, and ideally LMS systems. GxP experience is
preferable, as this system is GxP.

*Experience:*


Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT project management
Experience managing projects greater than $2MM in size
Strong experience in managing matrix teams
Strong process and methodology knowledge and experience implementing
projects using the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience working in a GxP validation environment preferred
Biotech / Life Science experience is a plus

*Education:*


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
*PMP certification preferred or equivalent work experience*

• Plans, schedules, and tracks project deliverables and milestones using
Microsoft Project Online tool
• Manages project issues and risks
• Ensures projects are delivered on-time/on budget while effectively
managing stakeholders' expectations
• Leads project meetings with a broad cross functional team to communicate
the status of various projects, discuss issues/risks, and understand the
impact of any changes to business requirements
• Develops presentations and presents content to senior managers and
project stakeholders, as needed
