In this role, you will provide functional leadership in implementation and support projects. This includes designing and developing to-be business processes and configuring the package to meet requirements for projects in this area. Job Description: • Participate as the Oracle WAM expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients. • Deliver presentations to all levels of management. • Provide thought leadership on the development of new offerings. • Consults on governance, strategy, and transformation not just operations. • Build and maintain significant alliances and support across the client’s business. • Lead complex Management of Change (MOC) initiatives. • Ensure knowledge capture sessions are arranged and executed while building HP consultant collateral. • Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation. • Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline. Lead the client interactions for workshop, defining the process flows, testing and go live activities. • Consult and advise clients on strategic business and technical alternatives. Leverage customer satisfaction through building business relationships and trust. • Commercially shape deals based on business benefit to client rather than actual cost to complete (value based pricing)identifying risk/reward opportunities and developing business cases to work with clients in new and different ways to mutual benefits. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience with Oracle WAM (Work and Asset Management) Application as Functional Consultant. • 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with emphasis on WAM and processes. • Ability to travel 75% +. • Should have implemented at-least 3 implementations of Oracle WAM. • Provide Industry Expertise to Customers and internal project teams for solution development, specifically for Oracle WAM solutions. • Should be able to work independently with the client. • Able to manage 5 + resources. Experience with managing onsite/offshore teams (global teams). • Well versed with Oracle implementation methodology.
