This side Akash and I have a urgent requirement for my client, Please reply ASAP, *Role: Data Scientist* *Locations(s): Irving, TX & Basking Ridge, NJ * *Initially 3 months to start but will extend* Create innovative of algorithms behind a variety of services ranging from Propensity to Chum and Upsell Customer Effort Scoring. Perform ad hic statically, data mining and machine learning analysis on complex business problems Collaborate and work closely with various Business, IT and Marketing teams Develop and design advance predictive analysis models using R or SAS Working with IT to integrate new technologies into workflows ( ex: Hadoop) *Projects/Focus:* Enhancing Customer Engagement Improving Customer Sentiment Solving for Chum and other detractors Reducing Business Costs Research data to improve customer engagement. Finding and fixing customer pain points Research data to predict the probability of customer actions & looking actions at certain sentiment and behavior aspects of customers Work with large sets of data Expectations Have proven analytical skills Have drive to innovate and drive actionable results Have the ability to quantity and measure impacts of solutions Understand, categorize, organize and interpret heterogeneous data sets Design experiments, test hypotheses and work with protyping and models Be involved in the transition from protyping to production Have ability to collaborate with architects, engineers and QA teams Ability to communicate at a practioner level as well as a senior executive level Having experience in Telecom or Online Media is a plus *Qualifications & Requirements* Bachelor’s degree Min 5+ years of management experience Advanced degree in statical anlysis , quantitive analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing ( A/B testing ) and optimization algorithms Ability to comprehend and analyze business needs and translate into technical requirements Experience in using statical modelling and distributed machine learning algorithms on large data sets Proficiency in the use of statical packages like R, Matlab. SciPy or Weka Knowledge in Distributed Processing Framework for large data sets analysis and working knowledge in map-reduce architectures Experience in Object Oriented Programming and familiarity with functional programming concepts ( C++, Java.
