*Salesforce consultant * *Chicago, IL* *6 Months * Top priority is their technical skills/experience. If you have someone that is and up-and-coming strong resource, that to will be great. Communication is VERY important. Experience is probably about 6+ years overall with at least several in Salesforce coding and designing. It is a mid/Senior role. 2. Ability to demonstrate to the business how their requirements can be implemented in Salesforce and what can be leveraged vs not leveraged, etc. Idea is to drive to as much out of the box or extensions as possible instead of customization. Only do customization where needed. 3. Ability to do development or resolve salesforce issues when arise during the day. 4. Manage the offshore team to ensure they have pipeline of work. This includes providing requirements as necessary, design approach as necessary, priority of work, etc. 5.
