Please let me know your interest. *Location: Santa Clara, CA* *Duration: 12 + Months * *Job Title 1 : QA Engineer III* *Primary responsibilities* Job is primarily a QA engineer role for Software defined networking / Cloud services platform team . Since the role is a senior role , the all the below mentioned skills are required ( some if not all). Domain expertise in the following area:- · Knowledge of Networking (must) · Knowledge of Linux , Virtual appliance (must) · Knowledge of scripting in Perl, Python ( desired) · Hypervisor like KVM (must) · Test Automation and tools such as Selenium, TestNg, ( desired) · Experience working for large teams ( must) · Knowledge creating test strategy documents and verification test plans ( must) · Good communication skills Preferred Knowledge in:- · Open Day Light Platform · OpenVSwitch · Linux firewalls *Job Title 2 : QA Engineer III* Job Description The QA Engineer will be part of a team designing, implementing, testing and validating complex solutions including both the infrastructure and the applications running on top. Responsibilities: · Follow the industry QA standards and develop test strategies and test plans for the assigned solutions; · Write, develop and execute detailed test cases based on the functional/technical specifications and customer use cases; · Use specific QA tools for reporting and documenting progress and defects; · Lab planning and implementation; · Run, improve and develop Automated test cases; · Collaborate with other testing team members, developers, and customer support engineers; · Provides technical solutions to a diverse range of complex technical problems; · Works only under general supervision.
