*Role:* Senior Business System Analyst with CRM *Location:* Redmond, WA *Duration:* 6+ months Senior Business Systems Analyst With MS CRM experience *Must have experience and skills:* § At least 10 years of information technology experience out of which at least 3 years must be as a business analyst in customer facing roles. § Business Process Management Experience: Ability to understand and document AS-IS Business Processes, through industry frameworks such as TOGAF, RummlerBrache etc. § Ability to propose more effective and efficient To-Be Business Processes § Should be excellent in business communications, PowerPoints, Word documents, Visio diagrams § Need not be techie but should be technically savvy and understand technology § Ability to write SQL queries at an advanced level to understand business data, trends and patterns, almost to the level of a Data analyst § ERP/CRM experience in SAP OR MS Dynamics OR Sales Force OR similar is a must § Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) § Ability to work with Client employees at various levels (at par or above their skill levels. § Should know how to work in a collaborative mode across global groups § Should be self-managed and self-driven (Juniors will not survive) *Nice to have:* § Business or MBA degree § Previous experience of working with a large enterprise § Services industry experience § Subject matter expert or domain expert in Support Services or Operations *Thanks & Regards* * Asif* | Zen3 Inc.
