*Job Description: Sr. Project Manager(Agile & PMP)*

*Location: San Diego, CA*

*Duration: 6+ Months*

*Job Description:*

*Strong Project/Program Management experience:*

   - This person will be managing small Program and heading some projects
   - Good in Agile methodology /knowledge
   - Strong Stakeholder Management Skill
   - Good Planning skills
   - Strong Communication Skills



*Responsibilities: *

·         Leads and directs high-priority projects, which often require
considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and
iteration with internal teams.

·         Presents project status and issues to stakeholders through formal
presentations.

·         Conducts regular meetings with project teams to review the
current status of the project including technical, schedule, and labor
issues.

·         Takes ownership of all project status updates, and maintains all
project related plans, documents and applications.

*Software tools/skills needed to perform these daily responsibilities:*

·         What skills/attributes are a must have?

·         Analyzes and investigates

·         Provides explanations and interpretations within area of
expertise.

·         Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of
problems within area of expertise.

·         Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some
assistance from others.

·         Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area.

·         Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

·         Provides explanations and information to others on topics within
area of expertise.

*Skills/attributes nice to have:*



·         Previous experience with Agile/SCRUM.

·         Actively pursuing PMP Certification.

·         Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio,
PowerPoint and SharePoint..

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely..

·         Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization
skills and ability to balance multiple priorities..

·         Experience with Planview or similar portfolio management/demand
planning tool is a plus
