Responsible for the following: · Gather and analyze business needs and create detailed specifications and use cases · Identify data flows, data functions, user interactions · Lead meetings with business/IT groups regarding enhancement requests and open support tickets, accurately record discussions, decisions and action items · Assist the project manager in following up and prioritizing development · Create and execute test scenarios and test cases, working closely with QA team · Coordinate and participate in integration and user testing · Review and help troubleshoot break/fix issues and provide operational support.
