Primary responsibilities
Provide Technical/functional expertise in high priority production issues
Facilitate Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) related to production
incidents/defects and drive corrective action plans.
Identify, present, and drive the implementation of application
performance/design improvement initiatives.
Fix Production issues related to application functionality on daily, weekly
and monthly basis
Partner with application delivery teams in requirements and design phases
and provide functional/non-functional requirement inputs from production
support
Work with Service Coordinator & Service Manager to prioritize production
issues for resolution.

*-Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, jboss, webservices *
*- Oracle DB, Sql, Data analysis *
*- Excellent expertise in Java technology & Oracle DB *
*- Excellent communication Skills *
*- Excellent Systems Analysis skills *
*- Prior M&O experience *
