Reason for Request: * This position will provide infrastructure/DevOps
architecture support for SAP Hybris *
*Responsibilities:*
*· This is an infrastructure role and you must be familiar with
deployments, DevOps and system configuration*
·
*Automation is critical to meet the timelines of the rollout and the DevOps
Engineer will play a critical role to automate the rollout to meet business
needs. · Facilitate continuous delivery of the application in all
the lower environments (Dev, Test, UAT) all the way to PROD ·
Ongoing infrastructure support (including OS and platform) for Amazon for
the Invoice Match application including Auto-scaling to meet the load
requirements. · On-going Application support to include
post-deployment activities like Monitoring/Alerting and Synthetic
transactions to monitor health of the application.*
*Skills Required:*
· * Strong understanding and knowledge of Linux, Automation Tools,
AWS Services (EC2, Network, ELB, S3/EBS, etc.) or similar Public Cloud
platform, and scripting languages (Shell, Perl or other) is a must. *
· Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and work
independently.
· *Familiar with Linux Systems Administration and Tomcat*
· Basic writing and documentation skills
· Understanding of Object Oriented Programming practices
· Must be proactive in approach to work with good team building
skills
· Possess a willingness to learn
· Must be highly organized and detail oriented
· Friendly with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to see a task to
completion
· Good analytical/problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated/independent/resourceful
