Six-month contract for a technician experienced with *Office 365 and Skype*
for Business in Glen Mills, PA. *Must have extensive Office 365 on resume*.
Also, *some Skype*.
Skills & Experience: *This position is responsible for end-to-end
ownership of the Office 365 and Skype for Business stacks involving
Onboarding, Application Development, Content Migrations and service
management*.
Job Description:
• Perform *service administration and account maintenance via the O365
Admin Portal*.
• Address client connectivity, client software, and mobility installation
issues • Address service availability issues within our organizational span
of control • Manage settings, user accounts, and subscriptions for Axalta,
joint ventures, and partners.
• Responsible for our SMTP relay environment
• Assist with advanced features of Office 365 related technology
• RMS policy creation
• Manage permissions, restrict and revoke access as required
• DLP policy creation
• performing eDiscovery searches
• Develop written administrative and end user procedures
• Design and develop PowerShell scripts to support administrative functions
for the support of the messaging service
• Error identification, investigation and resolution, escalate to Microsoft
Support required.
Required Skills and abilities
• *Experience with O365 Pro Plus core applications • Familiarity with FIM
(Forefront Identity Manager) • Working knowledge of PowerShell to perform
functions such as reporting and administration in the O365 Tenant*
Work Shift: M-F; 8am-5pm; possible late hours when necessary
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
