Issue details gathering by speaking to users, business operations, development teams. Documenting the information and logically analyzing the issue to resolve it. Document the issue findings and pass on the analysis details to change the bank (CTB) team if there is a permanent fix required Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, monthly RTB-CTB meetings, business meetings, vendor meetings, internal team meetings and contribute towards the goal. Cross train and mentor the new joiner’s in the team and offshore team. Update and create new knowledge articles for the regular issues along with their workaround fixes.
