*Job Responsibilities:*
- Architecture Strategy:
- Own the domain level architecture vision
- Development of roadmap to progress from current state architecture
to approved future state architecture
- Assess and own non-functional requirements and technical debt
resolution
- Architecture Governance:
- Deliver or approve architectural solutions
- Ensure alignment of domain level future state architecture to
firm-wide future state architecture and standards
- Implement governance processes to ensure that delivered components
meet the key architectural principles and guidelines
- Analyze & remediate architectural issues to ensure high
availability and operational readiness.
- Architecture Practices:
- Produce and maintain the blueprints representing the current and
future state architectures
- Evangelize a strong culture of architectural excellence.
- Mentor development teams on design patterns, sound architectural
principles, and security
- Business Domain Expertise:
- Business knowledge of Business Intelligence, custom client portals,
Finance, Accounting, and HR
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to own the domain level future state
architecture vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture
alignment
- Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills.
- Be a part of the Global Architecture function within the company
*Job Requirement*
- Architecture experience with both custom built and enterprise apps.
- At least 5+ years’ experience, to include working on large
scale/enterprise projects (15+ developers) with responsibility for
architecture and design
- 5+ years’ experience architecting for Microsoft stack based solutions
including Windows 2008/2012, SQL Server 2008/2012, MS BI stack (SSIS, SSAS,
SSRS), SharePoint 2013
- 3+ years’ experience security architecture to include WS-* and STS
implementations
- 3+ years’ experience in at least two of the following architectural
patterns, SOA, Messaging, RESTful and API based architectures.
- 3+ years’ experience in at least two of the following industry
standards based application integration technologies including WSDL, SOAP,
JSON, and XML/Document payloads.
- 3+ years’ experience applying Microsoft BI expertise in system
architecture, design, development and maintenance.
- 3+ years’ experience of implementing and deploying SharePoint
solutions in an enterprise environment.
- 1+ years’ experience with at least one of Workday, Office 365, and/or
Box.com
- 1+ years’ experience with Continuous Integration technology (Git,
Jenkins, etc…)
*Qualifications:*
- Experience and/or interest in Configuration Management Automation
(Chef, Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack)
- Experience in document-oriented search and storage systems such as
Lucene and Mongo
- Experience in mobile based architectures
- Established brand presence including Slideshare, Community/Meetup
presentations, etc…
- Working within a DevOps practice / CALMS principles
