This is Reference for Following Position ***** Please reply *with Resume, Work Authorization , Rate & Contact Details* ASAP ***** *Job Title: * *QA test analyst* *Location:* Merrimack, NH *Duration:* 6+ Months *Interview Type: * Phone+ Skype *Primary Skills: QA test analyst, Taleo, Yello, Cluen and interfaces* *Job Description:* v Expectations include preparing test cases and test scripts to verify that the system supports the end-to-end business process and associated configured product (including forms, workflow, permissions & role access, email notifications, reports and interfaces associated to each module). v Prepare and execute test plans, specifications, scenarios, scripts and review test coverage. v Interpret, execute and document complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards, report to stakeholders, and ensure availability for specification of user instructions. v Manage the selection/creation of relevant scenarios for testing and ensure that tests reflect realistic operational conditions relating to both technical infrastructure and business needs, and review and modify tests if necessary. v Provide advice and guidance to project resources on necessary features to be included in systems test to ensure operational manageability. v Experience defining and developing test cases for Taleo and associated interfaces v *Experience with Taleo, Yello, Cluen and interfaces a plus* v Experience defining and creating tests in an HR environment v Demonstrated experience and ability in the development and execution of test scenarios and cases v Proven ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scripts and relevant reporting for metric v Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with technical and business experts v Demonstrated experience in mentoring and transfer of skills to other testing staff.
