Microsoft Exchange Administrator Chicago, IL 6 months Overview: We are urgently looking for a Microsoft Exchange Administrator who is immediately available to go on site and assist our customer with operational issues they are having after the company's division in China installed IaaS Converged system in a co-location. SCOPE of Service/Tasks: • Providing Account Management (Create, Modify, Remove) • Providing system installation, configuration service, regular checking and optimization; • Installing patch of system as required; • Troubleshooting the exchange issue and following SLA; • Work with L1 according to incident, change, problem, configuration processes • Exchange current user number: ~150 Requirements: EDUCATION: • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Management Information Systems CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • MCITP: Enterprise Messaging Administrator 2010/2013 MCSE preferred • ITIL foundation certification preferred SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Must perform as the go to person for areas of expertise. • Must demonstrate specific technical expertise the multiple functional areas defined by role. • Must be able to mentor and share knowledge and best practices with other IT team members. • Must be able to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Must be detail oriented and be able to deliver high quality work without supervision. • Must be able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and to provide guidance to other personnel. • Must have an ability to define, work with and meet deadlines. • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. • Must have a flexible work schedule as some nights and weekends are required. • Must have working knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows, Network Topologies, WAN Optimization, SAN Configuration and security best practices .
