*QA- Pharma Group* *Location: Charlotte, NC* *Interview: 1st round phone 2nd round in person * Only GC/Citizens *Job Description:* Implements the testing strategies and methods for Enterprise applications and data products. This position will work on the Specialty Pharmacy dispensing system and/or the portal. The portal is closely integrated with our pharmacy dispensing database adding value to our Prescribers and Patients allowing them access to information that they currently do not have. The Portal will continue to grow as more business needs/requirements are added to the scope. The Portal team currently consist of 3 developers and 1 QA member. The dispensing system is used to dispense the drugs and manage business operations functionality. This area of the business is expanding with new pharmacies. The team currently consist of 7 developers, 3 BAs and 2 QA. Responsible for analyzing, automating and testing IT product lines that are developed for internal and external Premier customers. Works in collaboration with Application Development; the Quality Assurance team; the Project Management team; the Data Warehouse team; the Solutions Center and other IT stakeholders to ensure that the applications development projects have been tested and meet the required deliverables. Role includes planning, designing, executing and tracking the results of associated test efforts. Work is performed within guidelines set by management regarding the development life cycle, version control, source code control, documentation, unit testing, code verification, code deployment, and team collaboration. This position relies heavily on collaboration at all levels of the business to define, provide for, and test deliverables. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree (BS, BA) required. Area of study in IT, Computer science or related discipline. 7 years of relevant experience. Minimum of 7 years work experience in IT Applications Development to include: Web/.NET/JAVA technology; Windows/XP platforms; SILK or other testing automation development; Verifying queries, validating input; Writing complex SQL and automation test scripts; object oriented programming; .NET WPF, SQL, Agile, problem solving, communication, TFS code management and deployment, unit testing. Must have worked on an Agile team and familiar with Sprints and other Agile processes. *Behavior Characteristics* Internally motivated. Takes ownership and accountability for own work.
