HAVE EXPERIENCE BEYOND PURE BUSINESS ANALYSIS - INCLUDING HANDS-ON
DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE ETC... AS SPECIFIED BELOW. *
***MUST have Veeva experience.
We are currently in the process of enabling Veeva for several of our
pharmaceutical business units. We are currently looking for a qualified,
experienced CRM Veeva Business Analyst, whose purpose is to be a key member
in the analysis, documentation, and management of data requirements
throughout the life of the program.
Responsibilities/Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications,
customer facing presentations, test plan, test scripts, test cycle summary
o Contribute towards validation plan (when applicable)
o Should have solid enough communication skills to face-off with customers
and conduct JAD sessions / demo presentations, etc…
o Working knowledge of Veeva configuration & best practices for assistance
with light solution design
o Proof of concept build-outs and light hands-on configuration
o Autonomy. Leadership within their functional Workstream. Handle
communications with customers & advisory board members.
o Expected to contribute toward defining their milestones, and will be
responsible for delivering the milestones
Minimum Requirements
• More than 5 years of experience in IT industry.
• Three years of CRM configuration and support such as: Veeva, SFDC,
Siebel, Cegedim
• 2 years of experience in Veeva configuration and customization.
• Minimum two full life cycle implementations in Veeva
• Clear understanding of VEEVA architecture, data model and security model
• Hands on development experience in Veeva
• SFDC Certified Administrator (Preferred)
• SFDC Certified Developer (Preferred)
• Veeva Certified Administrator OR Developer - REQUIRED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated years of consulting or equivalent experience
• Detail orientated with strong analytical aptitude
• Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
• BA/BS Degree
