This role supports network projects for our global data center network environments, WAN & LAN connectivity, security initiatives, 3rd level support for network operational issues, and technical consultancy. Specific experience, knowledge and troubleshooting skills of Cisco LAN/WAN is expected and required for this position. Good problem management/resolution capability with hands on ability and customer facing skills. Strong on documentation and processes.
