*Systems Admin (MS Dynamics SL)*
*Position Description:* Translates business needs into deliverable,
architecturally aligned solutions. Facilitate solutions delivery through
internal & external party coordination. Administer designated application
solutions, once live. Handle aspects of EDI associated with Eileen Fisher
business and performs other duties as required.
*Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:*
1. Partner with IT & systems users in requirements workshops &
business process reviews to prepare functional & technical specifications
in alignment with business requirements.
2. Facilitate systems solution delivery through coordination of
internal EF partners and external application vendors, technology vendors
and consultants as required.
3. Carry out systems administration including but not limited to
User Setup, Security, Backup, data management, archiving, configuration,
patch management & other duties as required.
4. Support EF business by responding to systems issues: Investigate;
Troubleshoot / Debug, Document; Address or Report to vendor; Get/Apply
fixes; Test & Confirm with users
1. Fulfill report requests on existing systems utilizing exiting tools
(SQL, SSRS, COGNOS, etc)
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
*Required Experience*
*Education*: Bachelors in Computer Science or relevant field of study.
*Required experience:*
- Minimum 5+ years of business solution architecture, implementation and
administration encompassing such solutions as ERP for Wholesale /
Production, Financials, Warehouse management, Wholesale Planning, Sales
Reporting, and other Wholesale & Supply chain related applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to
communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- MS Dynamics SL,(will also consider candidates with MS Dynamics AX
experience)
- SharePoint; SQL, Visual Basic, Familiarity with Windows Server &
Citrix environments
- Knowledge of Programming / scripting
- SQL Server Integration Services, SSRS Reporting, and data warehousing
exposure.
