*Required Skills:*
- *Minimum of 8 years of overall I.T. experience, including 3 to 5
years’ experience as a Software Release Engineer.*
- *Must have experience with Visual Studio/TFS, Microsoft CRM (2013 &
2011; Multi-Tenant), C#/.NET.*
· Experienced in utilizing what works in TFS and Visual Studio
while introducing best practices and custom code where required.
· Ability to work on multiple high-level projects concurrently
within an *Agile/Scrum environment.*
· *Experience automating all phases of build and release and
related reporting in tandem with introduction of automated build and
release activities in a highly regulated industry; within multi-tenant
enterprise Microsoft CRM.*
· Ability to account for differences in data between building for
UAT and PRD environments and seek to enforce consistency across
environments.
· *Experience developing and deploying manual and automated MS SQL
and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) reports.*
· Ability to work with Service Desk and/or Application Support
Specialists to troubleshoot complex problems and member service issues
affecting code deployment or TFS administration and infrastructure.
- Must be able to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of
professionals (software developers, infrastructure engineers, quality
engineers and business analysts) to define business problems, analyze
existing systems and propose, define, and execute appropriate solutions.
- Skilled in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and
demands.
- Demonstrated track record of completing deliverables that meet client
requirements on schedule.
- Must have a strong executive presence, possess strong relationship
building skills, and must be comfortable and confident in engaging with
executive management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; in addition to
excellent client interfacing and presentation skills.
- Very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter, assertive, enthusiastic with outstanding verbal and
written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight deadline driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
*Responsibilities:*
· Work on multiple high-level projects concurrently within an
Agile/Scrum environment.
· *Automate all phases of build and release and related reporting
in tandem with introduction of automated build and release activities in a
highly regulated industry; committing to a continuous delivery development
in our client’s multi-tenant enterprise Microsoft CRM solution.*
· *Utilize what works in TFS and Visual Studio while introducing
best practices and custom code where required.*
· Account for differences in data between building for UAT and PRD
environments and seek to enforce consistency across environments.
· Manage release branches and maintain the test-driven iterative
development.
· Develop and deploy manual and automated MS SQL and Microsoft Test
Manager (MTM) reports.
· Work with Service Desk and/or Application Support Specialists to
troubleshoot complex problems and member service issues affecting code
deployment or TFS administration and infrastructure.
· Regularly propose and be ready to implement improvements within
the organization’s software release planning practices.
- Clearly set expectations for each project major milestone and then
managing the business stakeholders and project teams to those expectations.
