*Title: Sr. Oracle IAM (Identity Access Management) ConsultantLocation: San
Diego, CA or Seattle, WashingtonDuration: Long TermRate: DOEWhat you get to
do in this role:Position will be a member of the Identity Management team
that will help build the IAM program from the ground up. The role will
utilize technical knowledge and business requirements to design processes
and solutions to meet company’s need to protect its assets. This is a key
individual contributor role, with responsibility of building access
governance (certification, logging, monitoring), enforcement
(authentication, SoD, etc.) and operations (provisioning, de-provisioning,
etc.) framework and processes and advising system owners on principals and
best practices.In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who
has experience in:Building Role Based Access Control (RBAC) modelPerforming
periodic User Access ReviewsPrivilege user managementDesigning of access
controls, such as rules, roles, and policiesAnalyzing and implementing
Segregation of Duty rulesBuilding and maintaining Access Management
KPIsParticipate in systems and application planning and implementation of
Access Control or Security initiativesWorking with business and systems
owners to implement Role Based Access Control (RBAC)Performing Access
Management operations/administration activities Demonstrated Skills and
Experience They'd Like for You to Have:Experience with Role Based Access
Control (RBAC)Minimum of 5-years experience in Identity and Access
ManagementDemonstrated ability to understand and use complex security
structuresUnderstanding of audit and compliance requirementsAbility to
simultaneous work on multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced
environmentOutstanding interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and
written communicationsAbility to effectively interact with individuals at
all levels within an organizationUnderstands industry best practices for
access managementUnderstands directories (AD/LDAP) and group structures,
policies etc.Knowledge of security, audit and compliance frameworks SOX,
ISO, NIST, SSAE16, etc.Experience with IAM tools (e.g. Sailpoint, Oracle,
RSA, etc.) and to IT GRC processes and technologyStrong MS excel skills and
knowledge of business analytic tools such as Tableau.*
