*Position : BI Developer & Integrator * *Location : San Antonio , TX* *Duration : 6+ Months Interview : Phone Hire !!! GC , USC Only* *Job Responsibilities* • You will independently support BI solutions while troubleshooting and discovering root cause analysis of system issues. • You will partner with experienced team members to deliver best in class experiences with BI applications, learn to create system documentation/play books, build and refine processes that support the systems. • You will identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability. • Complex technical design issues will need to be reviewed and resolved. • As a BI Support specialist you will serve as the subject matter expert on tool best practices while partnering with experienced team members to ensure availability is top priority. • You may serve as a mentor on procedural matters to less experienced internal and third party team members and assist experienced team members with the delegation of work packages. • Must have the ability to perform Information gathering, analysis and problem solving for simple and complex processes and propose multiple alternatives. • You should be comfortable and able to effectively present to or converse with any level within own organization or peers across organization and in the business community. *Minimum Requirements* • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in IT • 3+ years experience in Business Intelligence *Additional Preferred Qualifications* • 3+ years experience in data reporting/analytics • 3+ years experience with Metadata Workbench or IBM InfoSphere • Advanced SQL development skills • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or DataStage • Proficient in dimensional database design • Experience working with teams in an Agile environment Regards , Kailash Negi VSG Business Solutions Phone : 302-261-3207 x 102 Email : [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
