Audited the servers to ensure continued compliance. • Resolves complex or ambiguous database issues • Install, configure and upgrade of software including code deployment • Participates in systems planning, scheduling and implementation • Assists with data conversion and normalization, as necessary. • Maintains existing third-party and in-house developed scripts and databases. • Create and maintain database documentation • Provide assistance with technical support to developers and analysts • Provide weekend and after hours coverage for all systems on an “as-needed” basis.
