Interview: Phone Summary: This senior project manager role is responsible for driving transformational and optimization efforts across ISS functions, including business process re-architecture, digitization and standardization. Includes engaging with service stakeholders to understand pain points, priorities and value of the team offerings. Also process ownership and driving insight and guidance around general ITIL and project management practices.
