We are seeking a talented Data Analyst for a Life Sciences client in the
Montgomery County, MD area to *conduct data input, aggregation, analysis,
cleansing and migration* activities that ensure compliance and effective
use of information systems across the enterprise.
This involves:
Identifying and correcting duplicate and/ other erroneous records,
Querying and testing systems for completeness and accuracy ,
Working with stakeholders to resolve issues
Monitoring data quality and generating reports and other activities as
needed.
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience; and five plus years
experience in Data Management or related occupation(s) with experience
working in regulated industries.
Effective organization, communication and analytical skills and the ability
to manage priorities in a time sensitive and team environment.
Proficiency using computer software such as Excel and experience using
enterprise systems such as *Salesforce and/or SAP.*

- Managed the Request Log Table used as a repository for all software
products requesting approval for inclusion to a specific IRIS software
release.
- Analyzed the Request Log and developed VBScripts to produce Excel
reports for management and the development teams. Worked with stake holders
to improve data collection process, which improved the productivity of the
Technical Review Board meetings.
· Reviewed user requirements of SAP modules (SCM, EFA, Data,
Finance) and the Operational Qualification Tests that validated the
requirements of each module and provided a report of test cases validating
each module.
· Hands on data migration verification of legacy systems to ensure
data integrity and no loss of functionality after migration.
- Reviewed Business processes and requirements of Electronic Data
Interchange (EDI) to determine test coverage and developed EDI test cases
to meet coverage and provided report to management.
- Developed Excel reports that mapped user requirements to test cases
validating them, and identified requirements that did not have test
coverage.
- Weekly coordinating with offshore teams to review requirements, test
plans and test cases and ensured test artifacts were updated with feedback.
- Reviewed existing test cases of SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain
management, Equipment Finance Arrangement, R2P, and OTI) from previous
releases and produced Regression Test Suite for offshore teams.
Managed screened Operational Qualification Test cases in Excel and QC
