Oracle Fusion Consultant

8+ months is the duration
currently seeking an Oracle Fusion consultant for a contract. The
requirements of this role are as follows:
The overall purpose of this position is to support the implementation of
Oracle HCM Talent Management Modules.
This person will work closely with technical lead and project manager to:
- Gather and document requirements from business SME's
- Demonstrate "out of the Box" functionality of Talent Management Module
- Provide guidance to the team on best practices, based on industry
experience
- Perform a Fit/Gap analysis with recommendations for work-around's on
meeting the business requirements
- Complete configuration of the Talent Management modules
- Support data integration initiatives for the modules
- Support UAT training and testing
- Provide configuration documentation and knowledge transfer to internal IT
team
Qualifications
Ba Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field such as Math,
Physics or Engineering required. Advanced degree helpful.
Must have a minimum of three to five years techno - functional
experience with Oracle Fussion HCM implementations
*Skills & Other Requirements:*
Strong communication skills in English required to effectively communicate
and discuss task objectives, issues and solutions with personnel from all
departments.
Presentation skills/size of audiences. Ability to effectively present ideas
and technical solutions, demonstrate system functionalities to small groups
(5-10)
Writing skills. Moderately proficient in written English to convey ideas
via email and technical document
