Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) 239 *CCAR - Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review* Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) is a regulatory framework introduced by the Federal Reserve in order to assess, regulate, and supervise large banks and financial institutions - collectively referred to in the framework as Bank Holding Companies (BHCs) JOB DESCRIPTION The Client and Sales Management programme is responsible for delivering solutions spanning client management, event management and content distribution across the Investment Bank. Working as a business analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of business change projects as well as contributing to the ongoing ownership and maintenance of platform, applications and data. Key tasks include: • Working with a broad range of users and stakeholders to understand business objectives. • Capturing detailed requirements based upon user interviews and system/data analysis. • Identifying potential solutions; evaluating for technical and business suitability. • Creating detailed technical design specifications based on business requirements and proposed solutions. • Working with user experience teams to develop effective information and visual designs. • Working closely with both IT development teams and business teams in an agile environment to ensure successful delivery and efficient use of resources. • Working with QA teams to ensure effective and appropriate testing; participating in user acceptance testing. • Continue to drive products through release, deployment, adoption and feedback to maximize business value. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas: *• At least 4+ years of business analysis experience, in Credit Risk – IB.* • Strong business analysis skills *• Good knowledge of BCBS 239* *• Good knowledge of CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review)* • Experience of working with complex data structures, analysis tools, and financial instrument reference data • Experience in data analysis through use of SQL • Capability to analyze and understand business requirements and transform them into functional specifications document. • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels • Structured, coordinated, documented approach to problem solving • A proven track record of successful project delivery through close collaboration with both Business and IT.
