Role: *Exchange 365 Senior Business Analyst*
Location: *Weston, MA*
Duration: *12 months and possibly MUCH longer*
Interview Mode: *Phone/Skype - possible face-to-face (paid for by client,
if necessary)*
*Our client in Weston, MA is looking for a contract Exchange 365 Senior
Business Analyst to assist in the migration of Exchange email from a hosted
provider to Office 365 Exchange Online.*
This resource will need to have excellent analytical and communication
skills and have proven internal customer-facing experience at all levels of
the organization. Experience in prior email migration(s) and Office 365
experience is preferred, but not a requirement. Attention to detail is
critical.
*Responsibilities:*
? Assist in documenting testing results
? Email Migration Analysis Including:
o Contact List Analysis
o Distribution List Analysis – Active, Inactive
o Shared Mailboxes Analysis - owner of the Shared Mailboxes
o Email Dependency Analysis
? Basic Email Migration Troubleshooting (advanced knowledge of
Outlook)
? Create and maintain migration schedule
? Create Project Documentation Requirements
? Track Action Items and Follow-up with User Base
? Collaborate with IT Communications on Communication plan
? Create Quick Cards - Help Cards
? Collect and Analyze email-related Statistics from internal
systems
? High touch Customer Support
? Creation Knowledge Base
? Train Tier 1 on O365 support
? Experience reporting to multiple people
*Qualifications:*
? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
? Must be highly proficient in Excel 2010 or above
? Strong, demonstrated writing skills
? Training experience
? End user collaboration experience
? Experience with Exchange 365/Office 365 highly desirable
? Ability to work independently and in a group
