Client is seeking an SAP HRIS Analyst for a long-term contract position.
Successful candidates will possess 6 - 9 years of *SAP HCM experience*
specific to *Organizational Management* (OM), *Personal Administration*
(PA), and Benefits with demonstrated experience consulting with business
users to gather requirements, performing configuration in these modules,
implementing solutions, and training users.
*Workday experience is a plus* but not a requirement.
Internal Notes: The customer is implementing SuccessFactors (cloud based)
for HR but will maintain SAP on prem for select HR functions.
Requirement exists because an existing analyst has been pulled in to
support this implementation.
