*Role: Senior Exchange Engineer*

*Duration: 6 months plus extensions *

*Location: Lisle, Illinois*

*Interview: Face to face/phone/Skype*



Exchange expert who will be working on all aspects of Exchange including
server support and end-user support.  Mobility experience is a plus.



*In order to be successful in this role, we expect that you will have the
following skills, experience, and credentials:*



·         Experience with migrating from on-premise to  Office 365, is a
plus

·         You have expertise in supporting migrations from Exchange version
200x to Exchange 2010 or 2013 in a senior support role

·         You will have some design experience is a strong plus

·         You have experience providing in-person, Tier 3 & 4  support
during and after a migration or implementation effort, within an O&M
environment

·         Security understanding and disaster recovery experience is needed

·         You have been successful in supporting such migration efforts
with complex contributing factors, such as organizational
consolidations/restructuring concurrent with technology changes and
managing multiple disparate domains within a forest.

·         You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience with Exchange
and Microsoft platform products, including the Windows 2003/2008 operating
systems, Active Directory and Federated Identity.

·         You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft
Exchange 2003/2010 including experience with mailbox server failover and
cluster management.

·         You are confidently knowledgeable about Office 365, associated
benefits as well as pitfalls, and integration methods for Mobile platform.
If you have not had hands on experience with these technologies, you should
be very well educated on them and able to apply these technologies
conceptually.

·         Office 365 is a plus

·         You have a proven ability to identify problems affecting
messaging systems performance, efficiency, and availability in a timely
manner.

·         You have experience administering, monitoring and troubleshooting
complex messaging environments.
