- To build releases of software applications for testing, regression and
deployment
- To write unit tests and automated UATs (User Acceptance Tests) for
software modules they’ve implemented
- To participate in a full Scrum Software Development Cycle
- To compile with company coding standards and best practices to
construct software that is easy to maintain and extensible
- To write source code documentation following the company standards
- To seek areas of improvement by introducing new technologies, third
part libraries or new programming practices and approaches
- To seek understanding of the business domain for applications under
development

· Object Oriented Design methodologies 3+ years
· VB.NET 3+ years
· Oracle 2+ years
· SQL 3+ years
· ASP.NET 3+ years
· Windows Forms/Console Applications 1+ year
· Web Services 1+ year
· Source Control (TFS, VSS) 3+ years
· Visual Studio (2010+) 3+ years
· 3rd Party Web Controls (Infragistics preferred)
· HTML 5+ years
· JavaScript 3+ years
· CSS 3+ years
· XML (XHTML, XSD, XSLT) 2+ years
Addition experience in the following is a plus:
· Experienced of Ext-js framework
· Experienced of Robot framework
· Selenium
· Strong self-motivation
· Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and
written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills
· Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
· C#
