Overview:
This is a broadly skilled role, one for someone who enjoys getting their
hands into several aspects of the back-end of web applications. This
position will require expertise with CMS and non-CMS development. The two
primary function will be back-end development on custom sites, developed in
PHP and MySQL.
Requirements:
- Experience with server-side development with Object Oriented Languages
specifically PHP.
- Solid understanding of SQL RDBMS and data structures specifically
MySQL.
- Well-versed in modern web standards and best practices specifically
regarding using PHP and MySQL.
PLUSES:
- An expert level experience in JS/jQuery/AJAX/CSS3/HTML5
- Experience developing Single Page Ajax Applications
- Experience with JS code refactoring and enhancing code modularity
- Understanding of JavaScript Web Framework Concepts such as MVC,MVVM
and MVW
- Experience developing code in one or more of the following Frameworks:
- Anjular.js
- Backbone.js
- Knockout.js
- Experience with responsive web design layouts and the best ways to
implement them
