*Interface Developer II* opportunity.
*Programming Emphasis:*
- Designs, builds, and integrates applications and platforms to
implement preventative IT controls for SOX requirements and
identify/remediate any gaps noted. Produces metrics and reports for
facilities and Corporate IT Management.
- Understands various client and/or server architectural blueprints,
operating system build technologies, system patching, system management &
auditing; automation, as well as server build processes.
- Incorporates System administration and system engineering on
AS400/iSeries, Linux, and Windows into solutions
- Understands software development principles specifically Python, Java
Script, HTML CSS, AJAX, GIT
- Works with REST and SOAP APIs
- Performs structured SQL queries and calls
- Uses JSON and XML data formats
- Generates metrics for status and governance

- Identify risks and risk-reduction strategies
- Report on progress and advances to peers and management.
- Participates in cross-system collaboration to define solutions between
systems.
- Integrates strategic and creative thinking with experience into the
formulation of information system solutions.

information system issues using creative, effective, and possibly leading
edge solutions.

- Recommends sound, practical solutions to complex issues.
*Security Emphasis:*
- Perform assessments and provide metrics of operating systems,
applications, databases and network infrastructure components to detect and
classify vulnerabilities and control gaps, build automated workflows around
those for reporting and enablement of remediation.
- Perform assessments and provide metrics of operating systems, security
applications and network infrastructure, to provide security
configurations, controls for user accounts, monitoring of services,
centralized logging, network connectivity, job scheduling and routine
maintenance.
*Educational Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Information Systems,
Computer Science or Mathematics preferred.
*Required Experience:*
- *Minimum 2-5 years’ experience* with programming solution development
and regulation in a medium to large enterprise preferably in a
multi-hospital and /or medical center setting.
- Minimum *1 year experience as Business Intelligence Analyst* in a
medium to large enterprise preferably in a multi-hospital and /or medical
center setting.
- Works independently as well as collaboratively with minimal
professional and managerial supervision.
- Understanding of Security Methodologies
- Knowledge of *Python, Java Script, HTML CSS, AJAX, GIT*
- *Knowledge of TCPIP/UDP/ICMP*
- Knowledge of IT General Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
for IT controls
- Basic knowledge of the *OSI* Reference Model
- *Enhanced Knowledge of windows/Linux/Unix/OS400 operating systems*
- Knowledge of networking components (routers switches, load balancers,
wireless access points, etc)
- knowledge *of firewalls* is a plus
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessments
- Basic Knowledge of intrusion management and its components
- Basic Knowledge of malicious code (worms, viruses, spyware, etc.)
*Desired but not required:*
- Knowledge of packet inspection/ sniffers
- Knowledge of forensics and e-discovery
- Knowledge of automation and scripting of applications and systems
- Knowledge of anomaly detection (signature/behavioral)
- Knowledge of event log correlation
