Role: Exchange Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.

6+ months with possible contact extensions.



*Role Description*



·         Onsite engineer to support Exchange and Lync platforms.

·         Assist the Service Delivery Lead and customer in interacting with
the delivery center teams, providing guidance and defining priorities.

·         Manage critical issues and should provide hands on technical
support for Lync and Exchange.



*Skills Required            Skill Set / Experience (Must have)*



·         Exchange and Mobility - Minimum 4 years of experience supporting
a messaging environment including Microsoft Exchange 2010 and/or Exchange
2013

·         Proven understanding of Microsoft Messaging technologies with
emphasis on Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Enterprise

·         Supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering
Microsoft Exchange, Mobility, and/or IronPort

·         Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer
service abilities.

·         Ability to work outside of normal business hours to provide after
hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile
incidents/problems.
