Position requires a high degree of interaction with executives, business leaders and clinicians within the organization. Must demonstrate organizational, problem solving and project management abilities; skilled at directing the activities of others and demonstrate the ability to influence others without direct control and/or authority. Manages all project activities including creation of Request of Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), development of the project charter and work plan, tracking of project issues, risks and budget management. Provides strong leadership in all aspects of the day to day activities of cross functional teams. Must be able to evaluate workload, available resources, and to adjust schedules and priorities as required. Possesses skills at documenting service levels, implementation progress and outcomes.
