Required Skills: Dashboard design experience utilizing one of these BI software tools: Tableau / Microstrategy / Clickview *BSA (Dashboard Creation/Analytics)* *Terms: *Contract until end of 2016, possible extension/conversion *Start Date*: 5/30/2016 *Project*: - Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (preferably coming from a Data Analyst background) who can extract data from the EDW warehouse and *map out/design dashboards*, *graphs, charts, trending, forecasting* for presentations and meetings with business stakeholders. This person will act as the SME for the EDW Dashboard initiative, our clients EDW warehouse is finally updated and now the business would like to see how the financial data is mapped and connected to the customer data in order make critical business decisions and ROI analysis. The “Dashboard Design” candidate will be pulling Open to Skype for non-local candidates but highly prefers local for in person capability. - Insurance background is a must – (Pet, Auto, Life etc.) *Background**:* This person will need to pass drug background. *Interview Process**:* from the clients BI legacy system which is a DB2 database and also pulling from Guidewire Insurance Platform (run on SQL Server). Other types of data warehouse environments that will translate are Netezza/Teradata. This candidate will need to work within the BI layer to extract the data then understand which types of graphs/charts/dashboards to create. There is a software application called “R” which is an analytical visualization software and if someone had this or similar experience they would be able to do this job. This is more of a maintenance type project and a lot of focus is around defect remediation.*Experience with BI software Tableau / Microstrategy / Clickview* will be needed!
