*Role: BI Developer* *Duration: 3 months*
*Location: Cincinnati OH* Not looking for a SR person. More mid-level USC or Green card ONLY !!! The Business Intelligence team is responsible for operational and financial reporting in the Information Management space; concentrating on Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Data Discovery, and Dashboarding. Loading data received from policy, claims, and reinsurance applications into the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Data aggregation for reporting and the maintenance of the aggregation processes. Building and maintaining aggregate data marts in support of business intelligence reporting and data analysis. Experience: · Software Engineering practices and Information architecture. · Understanding of Data at rest and Data in Motion. · Understanding of Data Quality and Master Data Management. · Cognos or other reporting frameworks like OBIEE, Business Objects, etc. · Understanding of Star Schema and Snow Flake structures. · Oracle database skills including the ability to write complex SQL and stored procedures. Pluses: · Experience with Defect Management (ex. Quality Center, Jira, ServiceNow). · Experience with SQL clients (ex. TOAD). · Experience with Tableau or Hadoop desirable. · Experience with Version Control (ex. Dimensions, TFS, GitHub).
