AWS Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the AWS SNS and SES architecture of the solution and working with client operations team to investigate and resolve issues AWS SES and SNS services and provide reporting on various metrics on the AWS services being used by the client. Specific responsibilities include: - Provide support for AWS SNS and SES services used by client - Monitor, report, and automate events and metrics from AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail - Provide support for Incident Response procedures - Provide operations support by troubleshooting incident tickets - Work directly with AWS Support to resolve issues with SNS and SES services - Document SOPs and monitoring activities - Aid in integration of procedures to client standards - Assist with identification and evaluation of Procedures and SOPs for integration and transition to the client - Develops relevant metrics, measures and publishes the performance of the services provided and enables continuous improvement activities *Technical Skills Mandatory* 2+ Experience with AWS 2+ Experience with identification and evaluation of Procedures and SOPs for integration and transition 2+ Experience with Operations Support Previous experience with ITSM tools for incident, change and problem management Ability to identify trends and suggest ways to improve results.
