Candidates for this temporary fulltime position must have the following qualifications: · Excellent ability to facilitate business requirement meetings with subject matter experts using business analysis best practices. · Knowledge of and experience with structured methodologies for gathering and documenting business requirements – samples of completed requirements documents from past work may be provided to illustrate this capability. · Experience with design of web-based systems and understanding of good usability practices in web-based design. · Experience with the use of tools and templates for web-based systems design. · Ability to define and adhere to strict schedules for completing tasks and deliverables. The City of Las Vegas has a 4 day work week, Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm with a 30 minute break for lunch. All work will be completed on-site at 333 North Rancho Drive, Las Vegas NV 89106.
